Hi there,

i have searched hours in the discussions but i could not found the right solution for my problem:

i use the Scintilla Control as a small HTML-Editor.

Now i want to "mark" or "highlight" different parts of the HTML-Code with a Backcolor like Limegreen or something. Those parts could be a comment or a table or plane text or whatever.

How can i do this? is there any easy way? i have tried with styles and indicators and Selection.Backcolor but nothing works correct for me (cause i use a lexer, i think).

Sorry for my bad english!

greetings

Indicators are what you're looking for

scintillaDoc.Indicators[0].Style = IndicatorStyle.Box;
scintillaDoc.Selection.Range.SetIndicator(0);
