The fix for this item is included in our current binary release and so I'm closing this.

Thank you for your report.

At the moment, 64-bit platforms are not supported mainly because the core ScintillaNET developers don't have the time or resources to develop and test in that environment. However, it is quickly becoming a necessity given the adoption of 64-bit. I expect we'll need to address this soon.

At the moment there are two possible solutions:
  1. use the x64 SciLexer.dll
  2. set your project to x86 only
I've tested this with Vista and 7 x64 and it should work.

The x64 SciLexer.dll is attached to this workitem http://www.codeplex.com/ScintillaNET/WorkItem/View.aspx?WorkItemId=9977

Release 2.3 (Beta) contains a resolution for this issue. ScintillaNET now includes 32-bit and 64-bit native DLLs and will dynamically load the correct one at runtime.
